Lovely hotel, very clean, friendly staff, great location.

The breakfast wasn't great, scrambled egg was very dry, I'd say it was heated up in the microwave.

I had the booking paid in full via booking.com I didn’t like how they asked me to write down my card number on my booking papers when I got there. Surely the system has this information? Where is this information stored? - it’s put back into the tray with other bookings. Does this information get shredded when we leave? I don’t see the need to write the physical card number down on a piece of paper come check in.

The staff were the most friendliest and kindest I’ve seen in a hotel in a very long time! They made our stay so relaxed and fun!

Super staff, couldn't have been nicer or more helpful. lovely breakfast with great choices. Bar food was lovely. Room was good, nice and big and shower was great.

Noise of other guests, I requested to be in a room in a quiet area of the hotel but was at the front and by the lift so constant noise of kids running up and down and loud music blaring, doors slamming throughout the night and early morning. Staff apologised and tried to resolve noise of other guests staying and assured us this wasn't a usual situation, which I believed.

The staff were extremely friendly. Breakfast was tasty. Hotel catered for gluten free toast at breakfast for one of my party. The room, bed and ensuite was spotless.

There wasn't anything I didn't like.

Lovely hotel, great location. A little dated for the price. Staff are so friendly. No parking but on street parking or paid parking in church next door

A little pricey

Staff were very welcoming, locked my motorcycle into the back yard so it was safe. Lovely clean place had the best steak I have eaten out in a long time. As a butcher I know my steaks. Deffo stay here again.

Excellent service , non intrusive and very polite / professional,,,the breakfast was excellent value as we booked b/b ,, evening meal was also very good value ,,,the chicken wings as a starter are highly recommended,,

The car parking is slightly invonvient,,but easily overcome with nearby parking if on b/b

Stayed here as I was at a RIBSA snooker tournament . Was brilliant I liked my room not much on TV however the restaurant was excellent I had Mty breakfast here very nice room lovely light coming into the room be back again.

Location and okay staff

Incredibly noisy hotel. Walls are made probably from paper, doors on every room closing automatically with horrible beat sound awaking evem dead man through this paper walls. There was a live music in hotels bar on our stay (most likely every friday/saturday there is some) and it was a disaster. Live music sound like it was played in our room till 1:30a.m. Then after party finished drunk youngsters living at a hotel remind us about our student life feeling. They were crazy loud, talking at a coridors, bouncing they doors 50 times in an hour, smoking at their rooms, so smell went in to our room. (The best is I was needed to sign understanding of 100€ charge if smoked at room) looks like hotel doesn’t care at all as youngsters were smoking without hesitation. Stay at this hotel over the weekend was just one big dissapointing experience which I hope will never againrepeat. Paid over 100€ for 1 night stay without a minute of sleep. Two more things- duvet cover dirty just dirty side was hidden on front of eyes (picture attached) and breakfast coffee tasted like it s person made it never ever tasted coffee before, just a water with a small drop of coffee in it. Thanks hotel. Never again.

location was the main reason I stayed here and it is the perfect place if you're looking to stay in town. The Bar is lovely also and the staff are quite friendly.

I think for the price of the room, the aesthetic should represent the same as the lobby. I did expect it to look different but it was quite old fashioned.

The staff were very friendly, the restaurant food was fabulous and it was in a great location.

The bathroom was very small and the rooms were very dated with dust in places. The breakfast was also mediocre with serving times being very slow.

Staff very friendly and helpful, and pleasant surroundings. Would recommend it to anyone staying in Tralee.

I did not have a car, but for any one who has parking could be a problem.

The breakfast room was bright and airy - breakfast was freshly cooked and staff very friendly - plenty of fresh fruit and home made brown bread was very nice

Nothing everything was as required - maybe TV a bit small - shower was excellent

We have stayed in Benners quite a few times this year already looking forward to our next stay Tha Staff treat you, like a friend rather than a Guest it is the, perfect place to, go, for a lovely breakaway
